Always Patsy Cline

Seacoast Repertory Theatre is pleased to present Always…Patsy Cline, an intimate look at the ill-fated country starlet.

More than a tribute, more than a jukebox musical – Always…Patsy Cline is based on the real life friendship between Cline (Andrea Lyons) and a fan (Hadley Withington) who met in a honky-tonk in 1961 and kept in touch up until Clines tragic death in a plane crash at age 30. Always honors Cline’s legacy with truth, humor, emotion, and even a little bit of concert-like audience participation.

Always features all of Clines greatest hits, including “I Fall to Pieces”, “Sweet Dreams”, “Crazy”, and more than 20 other hits. Resident artist Andrea Lyons brings Patsy back to vivid life supported by a six piece live band and incredible supporting cast.

Always…Patsy Cline may not be appropriate for younger children.

This show can be enjoyed both in-person and online. We ask that everyone follow our COVID-19 guidelines, along with all state and federal regulations. Do not attend if you are presenting symptoms of COVID-19, or have had exposure. Masks are required at all times, even while seated, and we ask that you maintain social distancing.

You get the same high quality audio and performance as our in-person audience, and we promise it is not pre-recorded. You can even chat with friends and new acquaintances in the chat room.

Showtimes are generally Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays at 8:00pm, Saturdays at 2:00pm and 8:00pm, and Sundays at 2:00pm.  Tickets are available online below, or through our box office at 603-433-4472. Join us in our lobby bar up to an hour before the show, or dine at one of the dozens of nearby restaurants in historic Downtown Portsmouth.
