Senior Repertory Theatre

We are pleased to announce the creation of a new program designed exclusively for Seniors called Senior Repertory Theatre. The new program will be a weekly combination of instruction and performance paired with outreach to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and senior centers. Senior Repertory Theatre aims to be an artistic home for seniors at Seacoast Rep, dipping into all aspects of the performing arts. The quarterly program allows seniors to participate at their level of comfort, but also test their limits.
Senior Repertory Theatre is Directed by Don Bagley.
Local filmmaker Moe Shore followed the Senior Repertory Theater this past Fall to document the making of “Our Stories”. Under the direction of Tim Hackney, “Our Stories” uses ensemble building technique, investigative theater, and storytelling to pass along recollections that are relevant to all ages. The film is divided into 3 parts Childhood, Adolescence and Adulthood and can be seen via the links below. Additional short films from Moe Shore’s Show More Video can be seen at showmorevideo.com.
