Winner of three Tonys and a Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Next to Normal takes a musical dive into family crisis and mental illness in a direct grab to the heart.
Dad is an architect. Mom tends the house. Their Son and Daughter are well-adjusted, all-American teenagers. All is well in the house, except for a few things.
You see, Mom has been battling manic depression for 16 years, and things might not be as rosy as they seem on the outside.
Powered by a pop-rock score, this intimate look at the modern American family, warts and all, is sure to please.
