Our Instructors

  • Mark Michael Adams

    Mark Michael Adams has been a Writer, Beat Poet, Spoken Word Performer, Storyteller, Voice Over Talent, and Actor. From the escapism of High Fantasy to the harsh truth of his own reality, he has used the pen to express the maelstrom within his mind. Beginning with hosting gatherings of fellow angst-ridden Gen-Xers at “Wine and Poetry” parties in the mid-90s, he has been a performer at Beat Night since its inception in 1999. A performer and then Advisory Committee member of Long Story Short since 2017. He has performed on many of the stages in the greater Portsmouth area. A career in hospitality managing a beloved local pub and a theater, Mark has spent most of his life sharing with, and listening to, the stories of his community. 

  • Robert Armstrong

    Robert Fabricio Armstrong has been traveling an actor's path since the age of 9. His training includes: studying/performing at Davenport School of the Arts in acting/music/dance, attending various local acting and dance programs in Davenport, FL, and attending The New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts for college. Notable performance credits include “In the Heights” directed by Eliseo Roman (OBC of In the Heights) at Broadway Palm (Fort Meyers, FL), performing with Camp Broadway at Carnegie Hall and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, “Jasper” in “The Aliens” directed by By Bardo Theatre Company at The Players Ring, and most recently his understudy of “Lonny” in “Rock of Ages” at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre. He was a Seacoast Rep Company in 2023, and is a regular behind the Bar at The Rep. He encourages everyone to find what makes them happy in life and pursue it with unrelenting faith.

  • Lindsey Brunelle

    Lindsey Brunelle is a performing artist, instructor, choreographer, and entrepreneur. She has been a class instructor at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre Academy since 2023, teaching a variety of musical theatre classes to all ages! Lindsey has worked hard throughout the years to become a well-rounded performer and teacher, and believes in teaching students to be versatile as well. There is always room for students to grow, always something new they can learn, and they should never stop looking to improve themselves! She follows this ideology herself, and helps students develop the skills they need to adapt and learn in any setting. During the year, she also teaches various workshops at schools and community theaters through her small business, Theatrical Pathways. Lindsey received her BA in Music Theatre Performance, Theatrical Dance, and Standardized Patient Training from Plymouth State University, and spent a year post-graduation studying and teaching ballroom dance at the Krystal Ballroom dance studios.  Over the past few years, she has performed and taught at many theatres across NH including the Seacoast Repertory Theatre, Rochester Opera House, Winnipesaukee Playhouse, etc. Click here to find out more about Lindsey!

  • Gwynnethe Clickman

    Gwynnethe Glickman is a multi-disciplinary artist, educator, and mother from Massachusetts. Gwynnethe studied Theatre and Education at Northern Essex Community College where she was awarded for her acting multiple years during the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Gwynnethe is so grateful to be back for her second year teaching at The Rep Academy, and is very excited to be taking on some new classes; Hoop Jam, starting Saturdays in October, and Youth Acting/Improv! Gwynnethe specializes in improv, character/physical acting, and circus arts. You can catch Gwynnethe as the Lead Candy Cane in the Rep’s upcoming production of the Nutcracker!

  • Kevin Mahaney

    Kevin Mahaney is an accomplished theater performer, director, and educator with nearly a decade of experience in the vibrant Seacoast arts community. Over the past nine years, he has starred in numerous productions at renowned venues such as the Seacoast Rep, Rochester Opera House, Firehouse Center for the Arts, and Prescott Park. Kevin holds degrees in both Theater Arts and Psychology, allowing him to blend artistic expression with a deep understanding of human behavior. His passion for the performing arts and commitment to education make him a dynamic presence in the theater community, inspiring the next generation of artists.
