Meet the Billy Elliot Cast – Anabel Moda
February 3, 2019Meet the Billy Elliot Cast – Grace Olah
February 14, 2019Where do you live now and where do you come from?
I live in North Andover, Massachusetts about 45 minutes away from the Rep.
What role are you playing? What do you like best about your character?
I am playing Keeley Gibson! What I love about Keeley is she thinks she is the best ballerina ever but she actually looks like a train wreck while doing it. She is so funny and has a very outgoing personality.
What character would you love to play some day?
I would love to play Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables, Penny Pingleton in Hairspray and Janice Mosher in Come From Away!
How do you like Portsmouth? Have you found any favorite spots to visit or eat?
I love being able to walk around all of the shops in downtown Portsmouth near the Rep in-between shows! I also love eating at The River House!
If you could only eat three things for the rest of your life, what would those three things be?
If I could only eat 3 foods for my whole life I would choose Mac and Cheese, Popcorn and Pizza.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I love to sew outside of doing theatre. I recently was the costume manager for my school musical and absolutely loved it!
Do you have a favorite quote?
My favorite quote happens to be from Billy Elliot! “What the hell is wrong with expressing yourself? What we need is individuality!”
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years I see myself living in NYC doing theatre in an apartment that I’m already saving up for!
What is your favorite theater you’ve ever worked in and why is it the Seacoast Rep?
What I love about the Seacoast Rep is that everyone is so talented and that we all are working together to make this show happen! Also the space is so unique and it is so cool to see how ideas are being thought out to work in the thrust style theatre
Pets – yes or no?
I don’t have any pets right now but I would love to adopt a cavalier king Charles spaniel when I’m older!
